• ‘Clawed’ captures the essence of a comparison between a torn past and future with its clawed design across the monochromatic canvas, hence giving rise to the concept of Taihi (Known to show contrast). It’s mainly inspired by an ideology showing the contrast of human nature, and signifies the value of acknowledging the reality of human nature. For ClassicPlainz, abstraction is a language that speaks to the heart. In these poetic and conceptual artwork, ClassicPlainz creates a monochromatic interplay of black and white warped lines and shapes, while capitalizing on the strengths of each printmaking method, in order to evoke different sensations or worlds.
