General FAQs of ClassicPlainz Wall Art

You might be an art enthusiast or someone who’s just bought a house and is looking to decorate your living space, or maybe not. Or are you someone who just wants your place to be good-looking with some wall art spread across your living room just to get compliments from guests?

Don’t worry we’ve got you covered with some of the commonly asked questions and problems people face when decorating their living spaces with something like a magnificent and beautiful wall art.

Let’s get straight into it with the first question;

What types of wall art are available at ClassicPlainz?

There is a whole array of wall art in the market in different styles and forms. ClassicPlainz offers Canvas wall art decors with abstract designs at the moment.

Canvas Art

Canvas art prints are images printed directly onto canvas using advanced inkjet printers. ClassicPlainz mostly offers canvas art in the style of abstract art as canvas arts allow for more versatility and greater quality.

They most closely resemble original paintings at a fraction of the cost and are a popular ready-to-hang option.

How do I choose the right size of wall art?

Choosing the right size of wall art is essential for creating a balanced and visually pleasing space. Here are some points to help you pick the right size for your space:

  • Consider the Wall Space
  • Consider the Furniture
  • Consider Height and Viewing Distance
  • Grouping Art (Gallery Walls)
  • Different Wall Spaces Require Different Approaches
  • Orientation (Vertical vs. Horizontal)
  • Frame and Matting Considerations
  • Consider Your Personal Style

By following these points mentioned above, you can confidently choose wall art that is well-proportioned to your room, furniture, and overall style. We discuss this topic more in-depth on how to choose the right size of wall art for your desired location and space.

What materials are used in your wall art?

ClassicPlainz produces mostly abstract wall art designs made on canvas prints. Materials used for making canvases contain materials such as Linen, cotton, or synthetic fibers, and are used for paintings with oil, acrylic, or mixed media.

How do I hang wall art?

Hanging wall art is pretty simple! First, decide where you want it—eye level is usually a good choice. Then, measure the distance between the top of the art and where the hanging hardware (like a wire or D-rings) is located on the back. Mark that spot on the wall.

Use a level to make sure it’s straight, then hammer in a nail, or use a picture hook, depending on the weight of the piece. For heavier art, you’ll want to use wall anchors or screws for extra support. Finally, hang the art, step back, and adjust until it looks just right!

Can I get wall art custom-made?

How do I care for and clean my wall art?

If you’ve bought a wall art from ClassicPlainz or anywhere else caring for your wall art is easy with a few simple steps! For most pieces, dust them regularly with a soft, dry cloth or a microfiber duster to prevent dirt buildup.

Avoid using water or cleaning sprays, as these can damage the art, especially if it’s on canvas or paper.

If your artwork is framed with glass, you can clean the glass with a glass cleaner, but spray the cleaner on the cloth first, not directly on the glass, to avoid moisture seeping in.

Keep your art away from direct sunlight and high humidity to prevent fading or warping. With just a little care, your art will stay looking great for years!

Let me sum it up for an easier read;

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth or microfiber duster.
  • Avoid water or cleaning sprays on the artwork itself.
  • For framed pieces with glass, use glass cleaner on the cloth, not directly on the glass.
  • Keep art out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Avoid high humidity to protect from warping or damage.
  • Handle art with care to keep it looking fresh for years.

Following these will ensure that your wall art looks fresh and clean.

Do ya'll offer framing options?

Isn’t it a bit old-fashioned? But worry not we will be having the option of framing any time soon, and as of yet we do not offer the option of framing canvases.

Can wall art be placed in humid areas like bathrooms?

You must ask yourself, what kind of art are we talking about here? Is it Acrylic or Metal prints? If yes you could go ahead.

But, It’s generally not a good idea to place wall art in humid areas like bathrooms because the moisture can cause damage over time.

Humidity can warp canvas, paper, or wood, and may even lead to mold or mildew.

If you really want art in your bathroom, go for moisture-resistant materials like metal or acrylic, and make sure the bathroom is well-ventilated.

Framing art with protective glass can also help, but it’s still risky in a constantly humid environment. Keep your favorite pieces in drier areas to ensure they last longer!

Do you provide installation services?

Nope, not at the moment as ClassicPlainz is in its early stages we don’t provide installation services, but we do provide guidance and tips on where and how you can install the wall art beautifully in your living space.

How do I match wall art with my existing decor?

Matching wall art with your existing decor is all about balance and harmony. Start by considering the colors in your room—choose art that complements or contrasts nicely with your furniture, walls, or accent pieces.

If your space is neutral, bold, colorful art can make a statement, while more subtle or monochromatic art works well in busy rooms.

The style of the art should also fit the vibe of your decor; for example, abstract pieces work well in modern spaces, while traditional art might suit a classic or rustic setting.

Ultimately, pick something you love that feels right in the room—it should reflect on what you like personally.

This FAQ guide crafted and offered by ClassicPlainz addresses common concerns and issues you might be facing in making informed decisions when purchasing, looking to purchase, or already purchased and having the need to install wall art in your living space.
